4. Create an inclusive and equitable learning environment that is welcoming, respectful, and supportive of all students, regardless of their cultural background.
5. Implement culturally responsive teaching strategies by designing and implementing culturally relevant and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
6. Evaluate implementation and determine ways to advocate for cultural diversity and inclusion in education and promote understanding and respect for all cultures.
