Digital Delivery Policy

All products offered by Upward are digital courses and professional development experiences. No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an automated email containing your access instructions and/or download links. Access is also available immediately via the customer portal (your Shopify Login page, under Orders).

If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@upwardteachers.com for assistance.
