Upward Course Refund Policy
At Upward, we offer a straightforward refund policy designed to give you peace of mind when selecting a professional development course.
I. 7-Day Refund Guarantee We offer a refund period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
II. Eligibility and Verification (Digital Content Rule) To be eligible for a refund, you must satisfy the following conditions:

No Content Access: You must not have clicked the download link(s) or accessed the digital course files provided via email or the post-purchase confirmation page.

The "Download as Consumption" Rule: Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, the license is considered "consumed," and the purchase is immediately and permanently ineligible for a refund.

Reward & Incentive Clause: Per Section 6 of our Terms of Service, a purchase is immediately and permanently ineligible for a refund once any associated external incentive, loyalty reward, or gift card has been issued, dispatched, or sent to the customer.

Net Amount Only: Approved refunds will only cover the actual net monetary amount paid via the original payment method (excluding store credits or promotional discounts).
III. Verification Audit Upward utilizes industry-standard tracking to monitor when download links are accessed.

Verification: Before any refund is issued, Upward will audit the delivery logs associated with your unique order. If our records show the download link was accessed, the refund request will be automatically denied.
IV. Processing the Refund To request a refund, contact us at support@upwardteachers.com.

Audit: We will verify your download and gift card issuance history within two (2) business days.

Approval: If your request is qualified by the terms of this policy, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
