4. Develop and implement practical strategies to support student career development, such as career fairs, mentorship programs, internships, and industry certifications.
5. Consider how to incorporate Hawaiian culture and values into career planning initiatives, and how to highlight the unique opportunities available in Hawaiʻi's diverse industries.
