This course is designed to equip educators with the essential skills and strategies needed to build strong, collaborative relationships with their teacher colleagues. Participants will explore the benefits of collaboration, learn strategies for building strong relationships and effective communication, and develop strategies for co-planning, data-driven collaboration, and co-teaching.
