 This course is designed to equip educators with culturally responsive strategies that are necessary to reach students in a culturally diverse and inclusive learning environment. Through a comprehensive exploration of cultural context, effective communication, and culturally responsive teaching strategies, participants will develop the ability to build strong relationships with students, address cultural challenges, and promote understanding and respect for all cultures in Hawai`i.

The course will also delve into strategies for incorporating Hawaiian culture and values into career planning, highlighting the unique opportunities available in Hawaii's diverse industries.
